Refunds and Cancellation

Try before you buy

Every part of Lunia is available on a 15-day trial — the complete product, every module, every design code, no feature limits and no watermark on drawings. We would much rather you evaluated it properly on a real job than bought it and asked for your money back.

If you are unsure whether Lunia suits your work, take the trial or ask us before buying.

14-day refund

If you buy a licence and it is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. If you bought through a payment platform acting as merchant of record, the refund is processed by them and may take several working days to appear.

We may decline a refund where:

• the request is made more than 14 days after purchase;
• the licence has been used to produce substantial deliverables — issued drawings, reports or exports on a live project;
• the licence was suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service, such as being shared beyond its seat count.

If you are a consumer in a country with a statutory cancellation right, that right applies in addition to this policy and is not reduced by it.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time, from your account or by emailing us.

Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the period already paid for — you keep using Lunia until the end of the period you have paid, and it stops renewing after that.

There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term beyond the period you have bought.

Perpetual licences and maintenance

A perpetual licence is bought once. If you let maintenance lapse, the software keeps working — you own the version you bought and continue to use it. You simply stop receiving upgrades until maintenance is renewed.

Maintenance renewals are refundable on the same 14-day basis as a new purchase.

If something is broken

If Lunia does not do what we said it does, that is our problem to fix, not a refund question. Tell us — you reach the engineers who wrote the software. If we cannot make it right, we will refund you regardless of how long you have had it.

Your files, either way

Whether you cancel, let a licence lapse or take a refund, the models, drawings and reports you produced remain yours, and project files you have already created remain readable. We do not hold your work hostage.
